MATERIALS

	PRIME BRONZE (220 Commercial) is used for bronze plaques. This alloy is lead and mercury free. Plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.

	PRIME BRASS (C46400) is used for brass plaques. Plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.

We have the capability to add a custom emblem or logo to your plaque in two different ways: One method the emblem/logo is made as part of the plaque. Detail is somewhat limited by the manufacturing process. The other method is to have the emblem/logo etched on a separate piece of metal and then attached to the plaque. This process has nearly no detail restrictions.

Official armed forces insignia are manufactured in solid bronze or aluminum and finished with four blind mount screw holes. Each seal is available in 18", 24", 30" & 36" diameters. Screws included with purchase. Choose from Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard.
