BUSETUP: Set-up charge on initial order $50. No extra charge for typesetting (straight or arched), reverse imprint or a faxed or emailed proof.

	ADDITIONAL CHARGES
	ART5	Charge for artwork when camera-ready to size art is not supplied $60 per hour. Artwork, drawings, negatives, positives, plates or any items produced by the factory shall remain its exclusive property, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Please note: Additional charges will apply if we need to spend more than 15 minutes opening, adjusting or modifying your submitted files in order to meet our art specifications.
	BUNO	Standard size numbers are 5/32:. Guaranteed consecutive numbering additional $20 per 1000. Numbering in black is standard.

	ALT750	Customer alterations to copy on proof: $7.50 per charge.
